Recently, Lead Intelligent Equipment (hereafter referred to as LEAD) developed a 100MW perovskite coating machine tailored for a leading Chinese perovskite solar cell manufacturer, enabling the successful launch of multiple new products.
Proprietary Technology Enhancing Equipment Performance
As one of the first 100MW perovskite photovoltaic pilot lines in China, this production line is equipped with LEAD’s independently developed large-width perovskite planar coating system. Designed for the slot-die coating of perovskite layers, modification layers, and other functional layers in perovskite production and pilot lines, the system integrates LEAD’s proprietary technologies, including a dual-drive gantry motion system, an air isolation vibration system, and a high-precision feeding system. These innovations enable high-speed coating while ensuring uniformity across large areas, providing a fully isolated platform environment that enhances process stability. The system achieves a coating speed exceeding 50mm/s, ensuring highly efficient and reliable production for customers.
